Shadi wale Aloo Matar Sabji| Aloo Curry|Aloo Rasedar Sabji

Ingredients:

10-12 Baby Potatoes(peeled & washed)
1 Cup Green Pea(washed)
2 Onion (Medium Size)
6-7 Garlic Cloves
2 tsp Haldi Powder
3 tsp Dhaniya Powder
1/2 tsp Lal Mirch Powder
Salt To taste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
2 cup Water

Method:

1.Take a pressure cooker & turn on the flame.
2.Add mustard oil to it, let the oil heat.
3.Add onion and garlic paste.
4.Turn the flame low, add haldi powder,dhaniya powder and lal mirch powder.
5.Cook masala on low flame for 5-7 minutes or until it starts leaving oil.
6.Keep stirring in between.
7.When masala is cooked well the add potatoes and matar.
8.Mix well with masala and stir fry it for 5-10 minutes and add garam masala to it.
9.After 10 minutes add water and close the pressure cooker lid.
10.Turn the flame high and cook for 1 whistle and the reduce the flame to low, cook for another 5-10 minutes.
11.After 10 minutes turn off the flame and let the pressure released completely.
12.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or paratha's.
