Vegetable Tehari Recipe| वेजिटेबल तहरी रेसिपी |One Pot Meal


Ingredients:

2 Cup Rice (Basmati)-washed and soaked for 15 minutes in water
4 Potatoes(Medium Size)
4 Tomatoes(Medium Size)
1/2 cup Green Peas
Seasonal Vegetables of your choice
2 Onion (Medium Size)-can be used as chopped or paste
2 tsp Turmeric Powder/Haldi
2 tsp Dry Coriander Powder/Dhaniya Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1.5 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder/Lal Mirch Powder
Salt To Taste
Water


Method:

1.Take a pressure cooker, turn on the flame.
2.Add Mustard oil and let it heat.
3.Add Onion paste/chopped.
4.Add haldi powder,dhaniya powder,lal mirch powder and cook all masala's on low flame untill starts leaving oil.
5.When masala is cooked then add chopped potatoes, geen peas and vegetables of your choice.
6.Add washed and soaked rice, add chopped tomatoes.
7.Add salt and garam masala and stir fry all things for 5 minutes on low flame.
8.Then add 2 cup water and cover with cooker lid.
9.Pressure cook it on high flame for one whistle and the reduce the flame to low and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
10.Then turn off the flame and let the pressure released completely.
11.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney and dahi.
