1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Cumin Powder
3/4 tsp Haldi/Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Dhaniya Powder/Dry Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp Besan/Gram Flour
1.5 Cup Dahi/Curd
1/3 tsp fenugreek seeds/Meethi Dana
Pinch of Asafetida/Hing
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
3 Dry Whole Red Chillies
2 Glass Water
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder(Optional)
2.Then add onion, ginger,garlic, cumin powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder & salt to taste.
3.Mix all ingredients well, now add 2 glasses of water to this mixture.
4.Take a kadhai, turn on the flame & add 1 tbsp oil, when oil is hot.
5.Add Meethi Dana,Hing & Dry whole red chillies to it, keep the flame low.
6.Add prepared mixture to kadhai and increase the flame, let it boil.
7.After 10 minutes it starts boiling,reduce the flame and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
8.Now mean while start making pakoda's.
9.For pakoda take a bowl and add besan and spinach to it.
10.Add cumin Seeds,green Chillies,Dry Coriander Powder,Salt to taste, Turmeric Powder,Red Chilli Powder.
11.Add little amount of water and make a thick paste for pakoda using above ingredients.
12.Add pinch of baking soda & leave it for 5 minutes.
13.Take oil in a kadhai for deep frying, let it hot.
14.When oil is hot enough, start making pakoda's.
15.Deep fry them on medium flame for 5-7 minutes or untill it become golden brown in colour.
16.Take them out on tissue paper and similarly fry next batch.
17.Now check kadhi its become quite thick on low flame add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder(optional).
18.Turn off the flame and take out hot kadhi in a serving bowl.
19.20 minutes prior to eating add soft and spongy pakoda's and garnish it with fresh coriander leave.
20.Let the pakoda's soak into kadhi for 5-10 minutes then serve hot with chawal/rice or roti.

1/2 tsp Zeera/Cumin Seeds
1 Green Chillies(Fine Chopped)
1/3 tsp Haldi/Turmeric Powder
1/3 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Dhaniya Powder/Dry Coriander Powder
Pinch of Baking Soda
Salt to taste
Water
Ingredients for Kadhi:
1/2 cup Onion1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Cumin Powder
3/4 tsp Haldi/Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Dhaniya Powder/Dry Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
