Veg Daliya Pulao| Loose Weight Easily By Eating This



Ingredients:


1 Cup Dalia/Broken Wheat
1 Potato (Medium,fine chopped)
1 Tomato (Medium,fine chopped)
1 Onion (Medium, fine chopped)
1/2 Cup  Fine Chopped French Beans
1/2 Cup  Fine Chopped)Carrot
1/2 Cup  Fine Chopped)Capsicum
1/4 Cup Peas
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Garam Masala(optional)
1/3 tsp Red Chilli Powder(optional)
1/2 tsp Maggi Masala(optional)
Salt to Taste
3 Cup Water

Method:

1.Turn on the flame and place a pressure cooker on it.
2.Add Oil in pressure cooker, let it heat.
3.When oil is hot enough, add chopped onion.
4.When onion turn golden in colour add chopped tomatoes & some salt.
5.Let tomatoes cook well, then turn flame low add Turmeric Powder,Coriander Powder, Garam masala, salt & red chilli powder.
6.Stir well & add chopped vegetables of your choice.
7.Keep Stirring for few minites then add daliya and water.
8.Mix well all the ingredients and cover the cooker with lid.
9.Cook on high flame for 1 whistle, then reduce the flame & cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
10.Then turn off the flame & wait untill pressure released from cooker completely.
11.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with dahi or chutney.
