Jhatpat Aloo Fry| Easy & Quick Potato Recipe for Lunch Box


Ingredients:

6-7 Potatoes (Pealed,fine Sliced and washed)
3-4 Whole Red Chillies
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds/Methi Dana
1 Tbsp Mustard Oil
Water

Method:

1.Turn on the flame and place a kadhai/pan on stove.
2.Add Oil to it,heat oil.
3.When oil is hot add Fenugreek seeds & red chillies.
4.Add potatoes,salt to taste & stir well.
5.Reduce the flame,sprinkle little amount of water & cover with lid/plate.
6.Check after 5-7 minutes,if potatoes are not done then cook for another 5-7 minutes.
7.When potatoes are done sprinkle fresh chopped coriander leaves.
8.Server hot with roti/paratha's.
