Kesar Pista Kulfi| 15 मिनट मे  बनाये मलाई वाली केसर पिस्ता कुल्फी

Preparation Time:15 minutes (7-8 hrs for freezing)Serving:3-4Calories:52 cal/65 gm

Ingredients:

4 Bread Slices or 1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
1 Glass Cow's Milk
200 ml Amul Fresh Cream
Kesar Threads
Cling Film/Aluminium Foil

Method:

1.Take a iron kadhai/pan and turn on the flame.
2.Add milk to kadhai, let it boil.
3.Add 1 tsp milk with keasar threads and mix well.
4.Add this milk and kesar to boiled milk and boil it on high flame until it starts reducing.
5.When milk gets slightly thick then turn off the flame, and let it cool.
6.This milk after reducing is approx 1 cup.
7.Add this milk to mixing jar,add fresh cream,condensed milk and bread crumbs(you can simple add breads too without edges).
8.Gring well.
9.Pour this mixture in kulfi moulds and freeze for 6-8 hrs or overnight.
10.Garnish with chopped pista and almonds.
12.Serve chilled.
