Pune's Famous Tandoori Chai| पुणे की मशहूर तंदूरी चाय

2 tsp Tea Leaves
1 Cardamom
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Milk
1 Mitti Kulhad
2.Add Sugar and crushed carmamom seeds to boiling water.
3.Add tea leaves and boil for a minutes.
4.Add milk and boil for 5 minutes on medium flame.
5.Take out tea in a kettle sperate the tea leaves using strainer.
6.Heat the mitti kulhad on the gas for 10 minutes from all the sides.
7.When kulhad is very hot carefully turn off the flame & place this in empty bowl.
8.Pour the hot tea in heated kulhad.
7.Carefully take out the kulhad from the bowl.
8.Serve tea in tea pot or another mitti kulhad.
9.Enjoy this Tnadoori tea with biscuits or pakoda.
