क्रिस्पी हनी चिल्ली पोटैटो बनाने के सरे सीक्रेट्स जाने इस रेसिपी मे | Honey Chilli Potato
Preparation Time: 35 Minutes

Ingredients:
7-8 Large Chipsona Potatoes(Sugar Free Potatoes)
1 Fine Chopped Capsicum
3 Green Chillies fine chopped
2 Large Onion Coarsely chopped
1/2 inch Ginger finely chopped
4 Garlic cloves finely Chopped
2 tsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
1/3 tsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Honey
1 Cup Arrowroot Powder
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder(optional)
Pinch of Asafetida
Method:
1.Peal & chop potatoes like french fries shape and wash them with water.2.Now take towel and put all chopped potatoes on it and let them completely dry.
3.You can also put these potatoes under fan for some time, to make them completely dry.
4.Now transfer the potatoes in a plate and add arrowroot powder to it.
5.Add 1 tsp oil for binding arrowroot powder with potatoes.
6.Add Salt to taste and 1/3 tsp red chilli powder.
7.Add some part of chopped garlic for flavoring.
8.Mix well all ingredients with potatoes.
9.Now leave it for some time before start frying.
10.You can also put these prepared potatoes in fridge for making it more crispy.
11.Take a kadhai, turn on the flame and add oil to it.
12.Let the oil heat,when it is hot enough then start adding prepared potatoes.
13.Fry them on high flame for 5 minutes,then reduce flame and then let them fry for 20 minutes \
or until it get completely cooked.
14.After 20 minutes it get cooked completely then take out on a tissue paper.
15.Similarly fry rest all and the arrowroot powder left in plate (make a slurry of it by adding some water), we will use it later.
16.Now take a kadhai/pan and add 2 tbsp oil in it, turn on the flame.
17.Add pinch of asafetida,garlic, ginger & green chillies and fry them.
18.Add chopped onions and let it transparent in colour.
19.Now add chopped capsicum and fry for a minute.
20.Add 2 tsp full tomato sauce,1 tsp geen chilli sauce,1/3 tsp soya sauce,1/3 tsp white vinegar.
21.Mix well and add some salt to taste and red chilli powder (optional)
22.Stir well for a minute now add 1/2 tsp honey.
23.Add prepared slurry at this time, keep stirring for a minute or until it becomes dry.
24.Now add prepared potatoes fries and mix it well.
25.After 2 minutes these are ready to serve.
26. Garnish it with spring onions & serve hot.
