स्वाद और सेहत से भरपूर अरबी पत्ता रोल्स | एक बार खाने वालो को उंगलिया चाटने पर मजबूर कर देगा ये स्वाद | Arbi Hariyali Rolls



Preparation Time: 60 minutes

Serving : 4-5 persons

Ingredients for making rolls:

500gm Arbi Patta
250gm Gram Flour/Besan
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder

Ingredients for Masala:

2 Onion Coarsely chopped
4-5 Garlic Cloves(optional)
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder/Haldi
2 tsp Dry Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
Water

Method:

1.First we will make rolls.
2.Take arbi patta's wash them with water and cut upper part of patta and the chop fine.
3.Transfer the chopped arbi leaves into a thali/plate then add Gram Flour/besan, salt to taste and 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
4.Mix well all the ingredients and make a soft dough do not add water (if feel difficulty in binding you can apply some oil on your palm).
5.Make small rolls out of prepared dough by rolling with palms.
6.Next step is steaming rolls,for that you can use steamer or kadhai too.
7.Add 1.5 glass of water into a kadhai and put a stand inside kadhai.
8.Put a steel strainer on the stand and place all the prepared rolls on it.
9.Cook on high flame for 5 minutes then reduce the flame to sim and let them cook for 40 minutes(Check in between the water is enough in bottom of kadhai).
10.After 40 minutes check rolls them get quite hard,turn off the flame.
11.Let them cool completely,then cut them into pieces.
12.Now you can roast them on tawa with some oil and eat it with chutney.
13.Or you can make gravy and add these rolls and serve with roti/parathas.
14.If you want to serve them as snack or starter them you can follow step 15 on wards.
15.Grind onion and garlic together and make a smooth paste of it.
16.Take a kadhai/pan turn on the flame.
17.Add 2 tbsp oil and let it heat.
18.When oil is hot enough add onion garlic paste.
19.Add turmeric powder,dry coriander powder,garam masala,red chilli powder and salt to taste.
20.Mix well all the ingredients and reduce the flame to low, let it cook for 5 minutes or until masala starts leaving oil.
21.When masala is ready then add prepared rolls and mix well with masala.
22.Turn off the flame and serve hot,garnish with onion rings and coriander leaves.
