Dhaba Style Aloo Fry|जब जाना हो सफर पर तो झटपट बनाये ये मसालेदार आलू फ्राई

Ingredients:

4 Boiled Potatoes
2 Green chilli fine chopped
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Dry Coriander Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Pinch of Asafetida
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
1.5 tbsp Mustard Oil
Water

Method:

1.Peal and chop boiled potatoes into small square shape.
2.Take a kadhai and turn on the flame.
3.Add 1.5 tsp mustard oil, let it heat.
4.When oil is hot enough then add asafetida and cumin seeds.
5.Let it clutter add chopped onion.
6.Let the onion becomes transparent, turn golden in colour.
7.Reduce the flame,add turmeric powder, dry coriander powder,red chilli powder and salt to taste.
8.Stir well add some water so that masala don't get burnt.
9.Keep stirring for a minute or until masala starts leaving oil.
10.Add chopped boiled potatoes and chopped geen chillies.
11.Keep stirring for 5 minutes on low flame.
12.Add garam masala powder and stir for another 5 minutes.
13.Then turn off the flame and Simple and easy dhaba style spicy aloo fry is ready to serve.
14.Garnish with coriander leaves and geen chillies and serve with roti's, parathas or naan.
