Ingredients:
2 cup vermicelli1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chillie Powder
1 tsp Coriander /Dhaniya Powder
1 Chopped Onion(Medium)
2 Chopped Potatoes(Small)
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/2 Cumin Seeds/Zeera
Finely Chopped Vegetables(Capsicum,french beans,tomato etc) of your choice (Optional)
Salt to taste

Method:
1.First roast vermicelli in a pan using some oil. If you have roasted vermicelli then you can skip this step.2.Take out vermicelli in a plate.
3.Take a pan or kadhai and add 1 tbsp mustard oil,heat oil.
4.When oil is hot enough add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds let it crackle.
5.Now add onion to it, let it golden brown.
6.Reduce flame and add turmeric powder,coriander powder and red chilli powder.
7.Stir well and add chopped potatoes.
8.Add 1/2 cup water,cover it with lid and let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
9.After 5 minutes check potatoes if its done, now add roasted vermicelli to it.
10.Most important is water measurement here now add 3 cup water (for 2 cup vermicelli).
11.Let it cook for 5-7 minutes and its done.
12.Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with lemon and chutney.
