Eggless Omelette| बिना अंडे का आमलेट| Veg Omelette

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 Fine Chopped Onion
Fine Chopped Coriander Leaves
Fine Chopped Green Chillies (Optional)
1/2 tsp Dry Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Pinch of Baking Soda
Salt to taste
Mustard Oil
Glass of Water

Method:

1.Take an empty bowl and add all purpose flour(Maida) & Gram Flour(Besan) to it.
2.Add water and mix with whisker or spoon,make sure there will be no lumps.
3.Consistency of batter is flowing.
4.Add chopped onions,coriander leaves and green chillies.
5.Add Dry Coriander Powder,Red Chilli Powder,Salt to taste and a pinch of Baking Soda, and mix well.
6.Cover the bowl with plate and let it rest for 5 minutes.
7.After 5 minutes if its thick in texture then add some more water to adjust the consistency(it must be flowing).
8.Take a non-stick pan and turn on the flame.
9.Grease the tawa with oil and when tawa is hot enough then pour the batter with help of bowl or round spatula.
10.Let it cook apply oil on sides.
11.Gently scratch from sides and flip the veg omelette and cook from other side also.
12.Now our eggless omelette is ready to serve with chutney or sauce.
