     बिना अंडे के अंडा करी | Veg Egg Curry

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Calories:102 cal/ 150gm (1 Katori)





Ingredients For Veg Eggs:

250 gm Paneer/Cottage Cheese
Pinch of Turmeric Powder/Haldi
Salt to taste

Method:

1.Grate paneer in a bowl then mash it with hands to make it smooth.
2.Out of this paneer take approx 20 gm paneer in a seperate bowl(for making egg yolk).
3.Now add salt to taste in grated paneer, mix well.
4.Add haldi to seperated 20 gm paneer, mix well and make small balls like egg yolk.
5.Make Egg shape balls out of rest of grated paneer and make a space in between to place egg yolk.
6.Put egg yolk in center and again roll it with your hands.
7.In this way prepare all the veg eggs.
8.In 250 gm of paneer you can easily make 8 veg eggs.

Ingredients of Veg Egg Curry:

2 Tomatoes
2 Onions
6-7 Garlic Cloves
1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Dry Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
1.5 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp garam Masala Powder
2 tsp fresh cream

Method:

1.First grind tomato and make smooth paste.
2.Make a smooth paste of onion and garlic.
3.Take a pan and turn on flame,add oil and heat it.
4.When oil is hot enough add onion garlic paste.
5.let it golden brown for 2 minutes on high flame.
6.Add tomato paste,cook for 1 minute.
7.Add turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chille powder, garam masala and salt.
8.Cook all masala's untill they starts leaving oil.
9.When masala is completely cooked then add cream (optional).
10.Mix well and add 1 cup of water, Let it boil on high flame for a minute.
11.Now, reduce the flame & let it cook for 5 minutes.
12.After 5 minutes turn off the flame and add prepared veg eggs(at time of serving).
13.You can also cut eggs from middle and then pour the prepared gravy and serve by garnising with coriander leaves.
14.Serve this veg egg curry with roti/naans or paranthas.
