हलवाई जैसा खस्ता समोसा बनाये 4 नए अंदाज़ मे | Indian Tea time Snack Samosa Recipe

Samosa doesn't require any introduction. We all are familiar from its taste since our childhood. This snack is favorite of all of us. So today we will make samosa, but i have shown 4 different samosa rolling styles. Now present our authentic samosa in new way.

Ingredients for Samosa Dough:


500 gm All Purpose Flour (Maida)
150 gm Dalda Ghee/Refined Oil
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
1 glass lukewarm Water
Salt to taste


Samosa Dough Method:


1.Take maida in a bowl or plate.
2.Add carom seeds & salt to maida.
3.Add 100 gm Dalda Ghee/Refined Oil and mix well.
4.Pour small amount of water and start making dough.
5.Make Dough using water that is not too hard not too soft.

Ingredients for Samosa Filling:


7-8 Large potatoes (Fine Chopped)
1/2 Cup Green Peas
3-4 Green Chillies (Fine Chopped)
1.5 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Asafetida (Hing)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tbsp Mustard Oil for Frying
Salt to taste


Samosa Filling Preparation Method:


1.Take a kadhai or pan, turn on the flame.
2.Add 2 tsp oil into kadhai/pan, heat oil.
3.Add Asafetida & cumin seeds, stir well.
4.Now add chopped potatoes and stir well.
5.Add Green peas & green chillies.
6.Add Salt to taste & red chilli powder & mix well.
7.Turn flame to low,cover the pan or kadhai & cook for 15 minutes.
8 After 15 minutes check potatoes, add garam masala & amchur powder.
9.Sir well,cover & cook for another 10 minutes.
10.After 10 minutes open the lid & cook for 5 minutes on high flame bu continously stirring.
11.After 5 minutes turn off the flame & let it cool completely.

Samosa Rolling:

1.Take a small posrtion of dough.
2.Roll it into thin oval shape sheet using rolling board & rolling pin.
3.Divide sheet into two parts, mark cut in middle of sheet.
4.Now take one part and apply some water on edges and try to make a cone shape envelpe.
5.Put some filling inside it.
6.Join the ends & cover the filling properly.
7.Samosa are ready for frying.

Samosa Frying:


1.Take a Kadhai and half fill it with oil (Any oil of your choice).
2.Heat oil on high flame.
3.Reduce the flame when oil is hot enough, start adding samosa's.
4.Fry on low medium flame, till they become golden brown.
5.Serve the samosa's with green chutney or sauce.
