Besan ladoo Recipe|बेसन के दानेदार लड्डू बनाये बिलकुल हलवाई जैसे |how to...

                          Besan Ke Laddu

Serving: 6-7

Preparation Time: 30 min


Ingredients:
500 gm Gram Flour/ Besan
250 gm Boora Sugar/ Tagar/ Khaand
250 gm Clarified Butter/ Desi Ghee
2 Cardamom seeds (Choti Elaichi)
Water for forming granules

Method:
1. Take a kadhai/pan and add 4 tbsp ghee to it.
2. When ghee gets melt, then add Gram flour/besan to it.
3. Turn flame to low, and mix besan with ghee by stirring.
4. Roast for 5 minutes, then add 4 tbsp desi ghee again.
5. Stir continuously,roast for another 15 minutes.
6. Then add remaining ghee & roast until besan turns light         brown in color and starts giving nice aroma.
7. Then sprinkle very little amount of water over it and stir again until water gets completely absorbed.
8.Then turn off the flame & take this out in a plate to avoid over roasting.
9. Leave it for 10 min, to cool it completely.
10. Then add boora sugar/tagar/khaand to it and mix well.
11. Make ladoos and garnish them with dry fruits of your       choice.
12. Delicious ladoos are ready to serve.
