       Instant Achari Karonda Mirch / करोंदे और  का अचार

This recipe is an easy and instant pickle recipe. Instant pickle recipe is made with very less oil and it do not contain any preservative.Instant Karonda Mirch pickle/achar can be made with in 15 min and can be stored for a week also. When you feel hungry eat this savory recipe with chapati, paranthas & naan.This recipe is dedicated to those people are apart from there home and those who are working & don't get enough time for cooking sometimes.

Ingredients:


1 tbsp Oil
250 gm Karonda
100 gm Green chillies
1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder/Haldi Powder
4 tsp Pickle Masala/ Achar Masala (Kalaunji+Dhaniya Powder+Sauf+ Amchur)
salt to taste

Method:

1. Cut Karonda in two parts & coarsely chop green chillies (hari mirch).
2. Take a kadhai/pan
3. Add 1 tbsp oil to it.
4. Add chopped karonda & mirch.
5. Mix well and add 1.5 tsp turmeric powder/haldi powder.
6. Add Salt to taste
7. Add 4 tsp Pickle Masala/ Achar Masala.
8. Stir well for 2 min.
9. Cover pan with plate/lid and cook for 5-10 min.
10. After 10 min open the lid and atir well.
11. Take this in a serving bowl.
12. Serve this chatpata achar with chapati, paratha or naan.
