Ingredients:
1 Cup Semolina/ Suji1 Cup Water
Oil for Frying
for Seasoning:
Black SaltChaat Masala
Method:
1. Add water to a pan and let it evaporate.2. Do not boil water.
3. Then add Semolina/Suji to it.
4. Quickly mix suji with water, make sure no lumps will formed.
5. Reduce the flame.
6. Cook this mixture for 2-3 min.
7. Turn off the flame.
8. Take out this mix into palte, let it cool.
9. While it is warm, apply oil in hands knead it and make soft dough.
10.Use 2 clean plastic sheets for rolling it.
11.Place a sheet apply some oil, put dough over it & place other sheet over it.
12.Roll it into slightly thick chapati.
13.Gently remove the top sheet.
14.Then cut the french fries shapes.
15.Heat oil in Kadhai for deep frying french fries.
16.Check the oil, its hot enough then add french fries to it.
17.Fry them untill they turn into nice golden brown colour.
18.Then take out them on kitchen towel.
19.Add seasoning according to your taste.
