Eggless Chocolate Cake| चॉकलेट केक बनाए आसान तरीके से
0.5 Cup Refined Oil/Butter(at room temperature)
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp Baking Powder
0.5 tbsp Baking Soda
1 Cup Milk(at room temperature)
1/4 cup Coco Powder
2.Add Powdered Sugar and vanilla essence to it.
3.Mix them together using whisker for 1 minute.
4.Now take a flour sifter and place it on the bowl.
5.Add maida/all purpose flour,coco powder,baking powder and baking soda to it.
6.Seive them together.
7.Mix all the ingerdients using cut and fold method.
8.Start adding milk and mix the ingredients and adjust the consistency.
9.When its comes to pouring consistency then its ready.
10.Gease a cake tin with some oil and dust some flour.
11.Preheat the cooker/kadhai/cakemaker for 10 minutes on high flame.
12.Place the cake tin inside cake maker and reduce the flame to low.
13.Bake the cake on low flame for 35-40 minutes.
14.Check by pricking knofe or toothpick, when come clean.
15.Chocolate cake is ready,cool it completely.
16. Then take it out of cake tin and decorate it with icing or dryfuits & serve.
