Crispy Naan Khatai Recipe in Electric Tandoor

Ingredients:
1 Cup Maida/All Purpose Flour
1/2 Besan/Cup Gram Flour
2.5 tbsp Suji/Semolina
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar/tagar/boora
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Desi Ghee/Slightly melted butter/Dalda Ghee
A Pinch of Salt
Almonds /Pistachios
Method:
1.Take a plate/thali/bowl mix maida,besan,semolina,powdered sugar,salt and cardamom powder mix well.2.After mixing all the dry ingredients add ghee/butter (at room temperature) and mix well, make a soft dough.
3.Divide the prepared dough into small portions and make a peda like shape.
4.Top with pistachios or almonds.
5.Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes @ 150 degree C.
6.For baking in Microwave bake on convection mode for 17 minutes @160 degrees C.
7.For baking in cooker/idli stand place 1 Cup salt in a cooker remove the whistle and rubber and preheat on high flae for 10 minutes,then carefully place the nan khatai plate or idli stand inside cooker cover the lid and bake for 17-18 minutes on low flame.
8.Serve with tea or enjoy alone these crispy naan khatai's are very yummy once you tried you will never forget its taste.
