कुरकुरा साबूदाना वड़ा बनाने की आसान विधि | Sabudana Vada

Ingredients:

1 Cup Boiled Potatoes(Grated)
1/2 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts(Powder)
1/2 Cup Sago/Sabudana
1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves(Fine Chopped)
2 Green Chillies(Fine chopped)
1 Inch Ginger (Grated)
1/3 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Dry Coriander Powder
Sendha Namak
Oil for Frying

Method:

1.Soak 1/2 cup sabudana into 1 cup water for 2 hours.
2.After 2 hrs check sabudana by pressing if its soft then its ready to make vada.
3.Dry roast peanuts, cool it completely and remove the skin.
4.Make a fine powder.
5.Take a empty bowl/thali.
6.In the bowl add soaked sabudana/sago,add grated potatoes,roasted peanuts powder,chopped fresh corainder leaves.
7.Add salt to taste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder, cumin seeds powder,grated ginger and chopped green chillies.
8.Mix all ingredients together well and form a dough.
9.Apply some oil on your palms and take out small portion of dough and roll like a ball.
10.Flaten the ball and put this on a plate,similarly prepare rest all the vada's.
11.Now they are ready to fry.
12.To fry the vada add oil in a kadhai and heat it.
13.When oil is hot enough (not too hot, not too cool) start adding prepared vada's.
14.Keep flame high till vada's start changing colour.
15.After 1 minutes reduce the flame to low and fry them for 5-7 minutes or untill becomes golden brown in colour.
16.Keep stirring,when cooked from both sides take them out on a tissue paper to remove the excess oil.
17.If you want to eat non fried vada you can simply grease non stick tawa with some oil.
18.Put vada's when tawa is hot enough (not too hot, not too cool).
19.Brush some oil if required,cook from both sides untill becomes golden brown.
20.Sabudana Vada is ready to serve with tea or enjoy it with green chutney.
