Ingredients:

2.5 Cup Wheat Flour(Atta)
1/3 Cup Semolina(Sooji)
1/4 Cup Melon Seeds
2 Cup Boora/Tagar/Powder Sugar
10-12 Almonds(chopped)
6-7 Cashew (chopped)
50 gm Makhana (chopped)
1.5 Cup Desi Ghee
1.5 tsp Cumin Seeds/Zeera

Note:

-->Do not add whole ghee at a time.-
-->Always roast atta and sooji on low flame for at least 20-25 minutes or untill turns golden in colour
for perfect ladoo's.
-->Use Only Deshi Ghee for pefect taste and flavour.
-->Use Boora/Tagar instead of powdered sugar for dane dar ladoo texture.

Method:

1.First we will roast dryfruits.
2.Take a kadhai/pan add 1 tsp deshi ghee to it and add chopped almonds.
3.Roast for a minute on low flame & then add chopped makhana's.
4.Roast makhana till they turns golden in colour.
5.Take them out in a plate, now add 1/2 tsp deshi ghee & add magaz or water mealon seeds.
6.Roast for a minute or till turns golden in colour,take them out in a plate.
7.Add 1/2 cup deshi ghee to kadhai,melt it and add 2.5 cup wheat flour/atta.
8.Keep the flame low medium, mix well atta with ghee.
9.Add 1/3 cup semolina/sooji and mix well with atta & ghee.
10.Stir well and add 1 more cup deshi ghee to it.
11.Roast atta sooji with ghee on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
12.Keep stirring occasionally in between.
13.After 20-25 minutes it starts giving very good smell and turns golden in colour.
14.Then turn off the flame and immediately takeout in a plate/thali.
15.Let it cool completely.
16.In a pan add 1 tsp deshi ghee and add cumin seeds/zeera and roast little bit and add to roasted atta & sooji.
17.When misture is cool completely add roasted dryfruits and boora/tagar.
18.Mix well all ingredients,add remaining deshi ghee if needed to bind ladoo's.
19.Start making ladoo's and keep in air tight container.
20.Enjoy these delicious ladoo's with your family and friends.
